List Building Tips

The money is in the list, the money is in the list, the money is in the list. How many times have you read or heard this, probably a thousand times or more. Every “ Guru “ out there has been preaching this with good reason: THE MONEY IS IN THE LIST

Da, sounds simple enough, but very few people actually do this. If you have a 100 page website, you should have 100 newsletter subscribe forms on your website. You can install a subscribe form just about anywhere on a website. You could put one at the beginning of an article, or at the end of an article. Some people put one in the middle of an article, but to me that messes up the article. As long as you have great content on your site, you should not have a problem with people signing up for your newsletter.

Offer an Outstanding Bonus or Gift

I’ve had a problem in the past with giving freebies to get people to sign up for my newsletter, but I know it can work when done properly. Why would I have a problem with giving away freebies? Its because I really want my subscribers to be signing up for my newsletter for the content, not just for the freebies. The best way to offer a freebie is to create one yourself. If creating your own is difficult, try using a PLR, and rebranding it as your own after making changes. Make it unique in your own way and promote your newsletter.

Use Free Viral E-Books To Get New Subscribers

Do you want to get thousands of new subscribers for your newsletter without spending a cent on advertising and you’ve tried all the methods above but you still want more? Viral marketing is the way to go! Writing viral e-books is nothing new, but its still
a great way to get your newsletter noticed. You can either create them as a free product, or charge for them and give your customers the re-print rights to the product so that they in turn can give your product away while making some money also. I prefer the re-print route. The key here is that once you see the rush turn into a trickle, write another. Keep duplicating the process, all with the re-print rights, and all with your newsletter subscription form in them.
The goal isn’t to make a lot of money from the sales of the book, it’s to get more subscribers.

Remember to think outside of the box. Take the ideas above and improve on them
and make them your own.
